About Talk Technology
Talk technology offers solutions in print, scan, industrial computing, LED lighting, networking and physical security. We are a trade only distributor who specialise in developing partner networks in Africa. We have solutions which serve all the key business to business markets in Africa with core strengths in financial, health, logistics, manufacturing and hospitality industries. We are renowned for our commitment to delivering the quality products in our range, quickly and reliably – into challenging markets.
Logistics
Our UK warehouse is the hub for Africa deliveries. We deliver from stock direct into region with air & sea shipments to port and on door to door services (restricted countries only). Service excellence is the company’s motto and our staff work to achieve same day shipments wherever possible in the challenging markets in Africa.
Service
We offer extended warranty contracts on products in Africa. Providing up to 5 year parts cover, our contracts are delivered through our partners network and ensure safe investments are made by the user community across Africa.
Support
Our partner & reseller support programs provide warranty and technical advice to our partner network. We can assist with specifying products & bills of material for products and complete solutions. We will support our partners with technical advice, parts manuals and downloads for our vendor community.
